PAYMENT FOR SERVICES


Austin Flat Fee Listing: $495

Includes a Showcase Home Listing on Realtor.com, complete with 6 digital photos, custom description, and contact phone number. Also included is the use of an electronic memory keybox for the duration of the listing.

Contract Negotiation: $800 Credit Card Payment

I review your offer, advise on counter-offer, negotiate contract terms with the buyer's agent, prepare any necessary documentation, negotiate and advise on any requested repairs. Cost is a one-time fee of $800 per buyer. (All negotiations are already included in Plan A & B).

Marketing Flyers: $79

Color Flyers will be created, ordered and shipped to you for an unlimited time as needed during the course of the listing .

Keybox Sign and Delivery: $99

If this option is not selected, a sign and lockbox will be mailed to you the following business day. Metal Frames may be purchased at a local hardware store, like Home Depot or Lowes. Should you wish to have the sign and lockbox delivered within the Austin, TX Region.

Austin MLS Virtual Tour: $200

Includes a minimum of 5 Panoramic Virtual Tour scenes.

Photo Package: $100

We send an agent to your home to take the photos for your Showcase Home Listing.
